Emails land in customers' junk folders
Missing sender settings on your domain are a common cause. We check and correct them.
Starting a business from the spare room is exciting until your email stops sending or your new laptop will not talk to the printer. We handle the technical bits so you can get on with the work.
A surprising number of small businesses around Kenwick run on a personal email address and a laptop that is also used for the kids' homework. It works, until a customer email lands in spam or the laptop needs a repair and everything goes with it.
Setting up business email, Microsoft 365 and a sensible backup is not a huge job, but it is easy to get wrong the first time. Accounts end up tied to the wrong person, passwords live in a notebook, and nothing syncs across the phone and laptop. We sort that out so the foundations are solid from day one.
If you already have a working setup and just need someone to look after it, our managed IT services are there when you want them. For a single laptop and a mailbox, a one-off visit is usually enough.

The same goes for email. Do not run the business from a personal Gmail address. A branded address looks more trustworthy, and if you ever sell or hand over the business, the email goes with it.
