No. There is no call-out fee and no same-day or weekend surcharge. You pay the hourly rate for the time on the job: $132 including GST per hour for homes and $165 including GST per hour for businesses, with a one-hour minimum.
Our policy is no fix, no fee, and we also give a full money-back guarantee. If we cannot fix the problem, or you are not satisfied, we refund you in full.
Often, yes. Many software, email and set-up problems can be fixed remotely wherever you are, so you do not need a visit. Call us and we will tell you straight away.
If you ring or enquire during opening hours we reply within the hour. We are open Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm and Sunday 8am to 2pm, and closed on public holidays.
Our workshop is at 31A Gild Street, Cloverdale WA 6105 (see it on Google Maps). Drop-off suits hardware faults such as cracked screens, failed batteries and dead drives. Call first so we can arrange a time.
