I was unfortunately scammed, and the scammers managed to get into my computer and phone systems. As soon as I realised what was happening, I contacted Microsys IT, and Mohmmad came to my rescue within minutes. He dealt with the scammers, helped me contact the bank, and cleaned up my computer. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to handle this kind of situation. He also took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how the scammers had managed to get into my system. Luckily, I didn’t lose anything, and that was thanks to Mohmmad. Otherwise, the situation could have turned into a complete disaster. Thank you so much, Mohmmad! When I booked, I asked for urgent same day attendance, which was honoured, not only this, Mohammed treated me as a VIP customer. Needless to say, I will only be booking him for my Tec support from now on. Very grateful for all the other issues Mohammed found and fixed on my computer also. 5 stars and beyond.
