Privacy and website enquiries
Microsys IT uses the information you provide to respond to IT-support enquiries, discuss the requested work and arrange an appointment. This page explains the website features and enquiry handling reviewed on 6 October 2026.
Information in the enquiry form
The form asks for your name, phone number, email, requested service, preferred date and time, support option and a description of the problem. For an onsite visit we need a service address. For a remote or workshop enquiry, a suburb is enough initially. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive file contents in the message.
How the request is handled
The website sends the request to [email protected] and sends an acknowledgement to your supplied email address. The acknowledgement confirms receipt of a request; it does not reserve an appointment. Website hosting and email services process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Information may be present in business email records and operational backups.
Website services and cookies
The site uses Google analytics and tag-management tools and Microsoft Clarity to understand use of the website. These services may process information such as pages visited, interactions, device or browser details and online identifiers, subject to the current service configuration and your browser settings. Contact-form values are excluded from the lead event, and the form is marked for Clarity masking. We do not send your message, email or service address in the lead-tracking event.
Google review content is displayed through Trustindex. Embedded maps and externally hosted media can connect your browser with their respective providers when loaded. Address entry in the enquiry form is manual; typing an address does not trigger an external address-autocomplete search. Provider practices are described in their own privacy information. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but some website features may be affected.
Access, correction and questions
If you need to correct an enquiry, ask about information held in connection with it, request deletion where appropriate or raise a privacy concern, contact [email protected] or call 0478 552 226. Give enough detail to identify the request, without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify the request before making changes. Some records may need to be retained for business, dispute or legal purposes.
